Salmon was absolutely delicious. A little pricey but well worth it.

Napa Prime is, in my opinion, the best restaurant in the north hills, by a comfortable margin (I recommend it over Off the Hook, which is owned by the same people but I feel like it doesn't quite merit the price point whereas napa prime does). It's an excellent dining experience overall; the ambiance is elegant and the waitstaff are very professional. Definitely fine dining. The reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because, despite it being a steakhouse, their steak cooking technique needs some real work. All the other food is excellent - the seafood is very fresh, the sauces are good, etc. However, my nominally medium rare ribeye came out nearly burnt on the outside and essentially raw on the inside, yielding a dry/tough exterior and a chewy/slippery interior (wagyu should be almost impossible to mess up btw). It's clear that they're doing the steaks under an extremely hot broiler and, in my opinion, that's just not the right technique to produce a $50-100 steak. I won't be too prescriptive here in a Google review about what they should do instead but I would really encourage Napa Prime to deep dive into this and figure out a better way because otherwise, the restaurant is essentially perfect.

Had the 10 oz. Filet, Caesar salad and baked potato. The filet was to salty for my taste.ordered it medium and it seemed a little dry. Looked pink inside but dry. Maybe I should have ordered medium rare. The Caesar salad had very little taste, but the egg was different. The baked potato was very good. They split it between my wife and I. All the toppings were brought to the table.Nice touch. The service was fantastic. Roberto explained all the menu options and was very attentive.
