One of if not the most expensive in southwest PA although it's not near shopping or bus lines. Won't TNR cat population. You'll hear or see dying cats and kittens all the time. Won't cut grass in timely manners or will skip areas they're supossed to do and it becomes a mess. They'll block the street and fill in some nonexistent road holes though. Mailboxes aren't protected. Someone could open the whole thing and steal everyone's mail. There are rules against pools for some disturbing reason. Pools of a certain size do not quality for the fence laws. So I can't fathom the reasoning. On that note people will still put them up and hide them. Along with chickens. There's a rule to not park on the street and everyone does it. You'll be trying to go up a street and a pickup is blocking the lane. Why is this permitted? Where are the fines for this? There are teens that'll block the road coming up the hill and there have been some dangerous instances. There have been robberies. The one way in and one way out road is also a problem as well as it not having a walking path and there's always almost a crash at the blind spots. All these problems and more and they're still putting in scam $100,000 mobile homes.
