I booked an appointment online about a month in advance (May is a busy month!) They had a $87 for a two-room special. I received email confirmations the day before, and the cleaning technician called about an hour before my appointment to confirm that he would be there shortly. He came right on time (noon on a Friday), and was very courteous, friendly, and polite. He went straight to work and did a great job! I really have no complaints. I would recommend!
