They are a very horrible place and ppl... if u jave a mental issue... they will tall about u to other office staff and to ur own family and think it won't get back to u and when the mental person needs help they won't run test and push u on to an other place... what a joke of a place

I recently had an interaction with the staff member who answers the office phone at Century III Medical Associates, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The level of professionalism was not what I expected. The individual was unhelpful, displayed a negative attitude, and overall, the interaction felt quite unwelcoming. It was disheartening, especially in a healthcare setting where support and empathy are crucial. This experience has significantly impacted my view of the facility. I love Dr. Cooper, and when he left the practice no one informed me. He was doing my pain management, and they left me hanging by saying I need to establish another PCP. I would have had to wait 4 months for that. They would not call in my medications at that time.

They claim Dr Cooper was on medical leave and never came back and they don't know where he went. He was a good doctor and if he didn't have an answer for you then he would send you to a specialist and communicate with them. He was on the ball ! In my opinion he probably resigned because of the horrible office staff and his colleagues not attending to his patients like they should, because I'm sure Dr Cooper would care for their patients as if they were his own patients. Sorry to see him go, Now What?!

Very rude and unprofessional staff. They canceled our appointment without being asked and then gave the appointment to someone else within an hour. I recommend avoiding Dr Burke and his assistant Kim, and some manager in the office called Ashley.
