        Emotional Devastation! Been working for months with a local agent, found the perfect place to rent, get told I'm approved, send out the deposit, only to find out my husband is denied. Yes my husband has a criminal record. If you refuse to house anyone with a criminal record, you should be required to state that up front. ... This review was linked to a different "Providence" company for the past 6 months. I did find housing in Tioga county and have been doing good work for the local schools during Covid.
