Brought a watch in for repair and the staff was very helpful, upfront, and professional. It did take a while, but they let me know that at the outset. Overall a good experience!

During the birth of my son, I snapped my wedding band in half (!!). After the covid restrictions lifted, I knew I wanted to get it repaired quickly and with expert care. Sunset Hill sent the ring to be repaired with an expected arrival of just two weeks. Due to unforeseen circumstances my ring repair was delayed two more weeks. Upon learning that I would be moving out of state soon, they pulled some strings to have the ring overnighted so it would arrive the morning of my epic move. What's even better is that they waived the repair fees because of the delay and determined it would be a gift for my upcoming move, new job, and the birth of our baby. The work they performed was stellar! This 17 year old ring shines like new, the repair is unnoticeable, and I am stress free. I cannot sing their praises enough. What a fabulous and memorable experience. They make the customer #1.

Sunset Hill highly values their clientele. I had an old engagement ring restored here, and they went above and beyond to ensure that I was getting the best service possible and worked with my schedule. The owner is very involved and genuinely loves to make her customers happy, something that definitely encourages repeat customers!
