        Lousy service, unreliable, technicians lack geothermal knowledge and make costly errors

        They are the best! I highly recommend! Our heater stopped working, I spoke to Cinda and worked to get someone out as soon as possible. In the meantime the heater started working again. The technician diagnosed what happened and did some other maintenance. They are friendly and never try to talk you into more than you need, like another company tried telling us we needed a whole new unit!! Everyone at Ervin Moser are friendly, efficient, and always on time!
