Unbelievably rude and denied us accommodations because we had a service dog. We even called in ahead of time to ensure we would be accommodated and to give them a proper heads up. Unreal. The lady at the front desk should be fired.

2 stars because the hotel was clean - that was my most important need! Beds squeaked, shower water was not hot, breakfast consisted of a plant based sandwich, granola bar and water. Tea water was not hot and no creamer or milk available. Onsite restaurant was not open. Luckily there is a Wawa 1/4 mile up the road; I also saw a McDonald's and a diner next to Wawa.

I have a registered HEARING ALERT SERVICE ANIMAL, not an emotional support dog and was hassled by the hotel for bringing him in. I’m a Diamond Member with Choice and have been a loyal customer for 5 years. I’m a combat veteran and need my animal in order to operate daily. I feel this hotel reflects poorly on the other experiences I’ve had with other Choice Hotels around the US and abroad I’ve dealt with. Very disappointed with the way I was treated here.

Guy at the desk wanted to rip me off asking for an extra 100$ for a prepaid booking. Would not honor it. Said he would cancel the booking unless i paid. Ended up going to another room then had to fight for a refund since they claimed i was staying there.

Everything work "sometimes" as the manager said. Don't bother calling ahead to ask something, they tell you otherwise when you get there. Couldn't find a bedbug which could've been the worst if found any. The worst hotel experience ever. Shower head was rusty, one of the room key didn't work. The main reception was smelling like old urine odor. What they gave out for the continental breakfast was a bag of junk, one protein bar, one water bottle and a cheap sandwich wouldn't cost you a dollar. McDonald's dollar menus are way better than the junk they gave out.
