Parkway Cleaners

Tried picking up dry cleaning twice this week - Tuesday at 3:30pm and Friday 8:30am. Both times closed, disregarding their posted hours, and nothing noted on the door as to when they would be back. Phone # doesn't work. And this isn't the first time they haven't been open as scheduled. This is the last time I'll be using this location.

I can't praise Rita enough! She was recommended to me by a friend after another seamstress totally messed up a dress I was going to wear to my sister's wedding. Time was of the essence!! I brought the dress to her on a Wednesday and needed it by the following Friday morning. Rita was completely professional and reassuring - she immediately figured out what was wrong and how to fix it and made sure it was ready in time. I'm completely thrilled with my experience and would recommend her to anyone!

I have never written a review before, good or bad, but the woman working there was so unfriendly/rude that I will absolutely never return to Parkway cleaners. I’ll be giving all future business to a different company that actually values its customers.

I’ve used Parkway for many years and was disappointed when I went to pick up my clothes this past Saturday for a business trip I was flying out Monday for. Was there at 4pm since they are to be open until 5. No one was there and no sign on the door saying they closed for any emergency. I called calling two local locations to see if someone could meet me there but no one answered. I then called the 800 number on their website however no one answered so I left a message. It is now Tuesday and I haven’t received a phone call. I’m looking forward to picking up my clothes when I return and hearing the explanation.

Came by to drop off a lot of clothing at 5:50 PM today. I saw the store had its sign turned to open and lights were on. Checked the website and this location closes at 6 pm. Went to the door, it was locked. I knocked and the shop keeper looked at me and went back to counting her register. Would not even come to the door. Lost my business today and I used to stop by once a week. Lots of other more friendly cleaners in the area that would love my business.
