listen after picking up my vehicle nick called a few days later to make sure everything was excellent for my family and I now tell me that was not AWESOME customer service. Nick, Geoff, and Debbie and the technician are AMAZING. Oh SK, also took over the bill for me when my 30days was up with my insurance company, now what company will do something like that SK only - you guys ROCK!! keep up the AMAZING customer service because you all totally blew my hair off my head that I had to get a new hair-do.

Was your Vehicle Ready when promised?
Yes
Geoff, Nick and Debbie kept me informed if my vehicle was ready or not. They also reassured me do not worry about the rental they have it covered after my 30 days was up with my insurance company.

Nick, Geoff and Debbie all left me voice messages when I was not able to pick up my phone while at work and updated me on the status of my vehicle.

Cleanliness of the vehicle when it was returned?

SK cleaned my vehicle and made sure it smelled better than how I left it because I think believe my rugs were dirty which began stinking however, SK turned it around. I felt like I was in a new vehicle all over again. what an AMAZING CREW.

come on totally will send others to SK. Nick made a house call because my head light went out..what collision repair center will do such a thing - only SERVICE KING. Nick even went to the point of requesting from corporate a light outside of the building for the customers - for when we pick up our vehicles at night we can see the work that was done instead of waiting until day time. Normally workers do not care to do such a thing, BUT nick from Service King do - what beautiful heart you have nick keep it and do not let no one take it from you no matter what happens.

Satisfaction with greeting upon arrival?
Yes
I was offered coffee and water by Debbie. Geoff was so nice to put the football highlights on for me (I know I sound selfish) for him too and others. I was able to use a clean bathroom that did not stink and comfortable chairs to sit on oh and my daughter felt asleep on the other lol so I guess they were comfortable for her too.
