Love the People at the C&N Doylestown branch. Dislike the location at monument square (very poor choice) and not keen on some of the policies and upper managment at Wellsborough.

I have used this institution for over 30 years, multiple mortgages and checking and savings accounts through the good times and bad, have stood by them due to the good hardworking folks that work the front lines and because I'm hard headed and dislike change. I have adapted to new technologies and online banking, however whatever the "security department" has going on has got to change. I recently tried to make an online purchase for my farm and the card wouldn't go through(no notification from bank), figured a fluke, so used a credit card which I hate. Next day, a Saturday, I attempted to purchase medicine for my daughter and card was declined, so called and talked to a very helpful person at our local branch, after a bit everything was verified and card would be activated again in less than an hour or so I thought. Its been 6 hours and still nothing. Its definitely not like the funds aren't there because they are, apparently I cant use them unless they approve on their own time that works for them. I understand and appreciate security, but after verified by me calling them and still nothing? I shouldn't have to feel like criminal every time I try to use my card because it's not reactivated. Super close to pulling everything and putting it in another institution or putting it in the back yard, at least I could access it!
