Dogs being left by owners are seemingly being IGNORED. Constant barking and crying going on, as if being left alone. Never see animals being walked or exercised in the fenced area. I would not advise using if you LOVE your baby.

We've used Mountain View for boarding our dogs for years. Tracey and her staff are awesome with our pups. We couldn't ask for better people to leave our babies with. Highly recommended!

I board my dogs here every other weekend. They are wonderful people!! My dogs get excited every time we near there. It's their home away from home!

I called ahead and reserved for one day of daycare, was looking forward to touring the area. Was greeted quickly by a very friendly worker who showed me the kennels and where my dog would be. I was able to walk around the outside as well, kennels all in good shape. I still felt uneasy leaving my hairy family member though, and I just wasn't able to enjoy my day. We ended up going back to get him early because I was so nervous. We arrived to pickup (not scheduled) and found nobody around. We rang doorbells, knocked, nothing. Ended up leaving cash and taking our dog, which made me even happier to have him back. I was not happy that anyone could've taken him. Overall he was safe for our short morning out and no worse for the wear, I'll just ask a few more questions when looking for kennels in the future.
