Do not buy anything from this vendor. They have a 48 hour return policy and have absolutely no customer service. Not sure how they will stay in business. I should have stuck with Amazon.

I ordered 3 maps overnighted on a monday morning. Paid by credit card for $800. The next day i receive a phone call instead of my maps. Catherine tells me the maps are custom...ok... We speak for about 10 minutes and she says she will send me proofs. Ok...its wednesday now and i get the proofs via email. They maps are not what i ordered on line and politely tell her they are too broad and need to be reduced by about 25%. She goes on to tell me that each map redo is $100 per change. So all 3 of my maps to reduce are $300. I laughed at first as i thought she was joking. She was not, so i promptly instructed her to cancel my order. She said that maps were not refundable after the proof had been submitted, which it was not ever approved. Bear in mind they had already ran my credit card for the original $800. And also keep in mind i never received anything, nor did they ever print a map of any kind. Never again. I will get my money back from the credit card company, but just keep this in mind before you buy anything from this company.
