Basic Entry Inc., NOW KNOWN AS: Basic Tax Accounting in Waynesburg, PA doesn't even deserve one star. My own experience at this place is zero stars. The owner, Cheryl Semonick has a bad attitude, very rude, unprofessional, and makes several mistakes. Cheryl doesn't know what she is doing. I felt a very sketchy vibe from Cheryl, the staff, and her shady business.

Cheryl at basic tax accounting doesn't know what the heck she's doing. I wanted to claim my education since I'm 19 and can do so so my mom told her not to on hers. She didn't remove my SS from my moms so basically neither of us were to receive anything from it. So I talked to the guy who does my taxes who is VERY well educated in what he does and he advised us what to do. Upon my bf and I going in to get it fixed she had no idea what to do she argued with us and asked me what insurance I have and why I had it. My boyfriend was texting the man who did our taxes and he was letting my bf know what to tell CHERYL TO do. She was very rude, didn't know what she was doing, and I felt a very sketchy vibe from her. THEN she tried to keep all of my paperwork. On the way out I realized and went back in to get it. She said well I need it. I said no. So she made a copy. This woman either needs to RETIRE or be let go. DONT GO TO CHERYL(not sure if that's correct spelling) AT BASIC TAX ACCOUNTING IN WAYNESBURG!!!!!!! SHES RUDE AND DOESNT HAVE YOUR BEST INTEREST IN MIND.
