Great location near many restaurants, shopping, and valley forge historic park. Room was clean and staff was friendly. No microwave in room... But there is one in the small store to use. Not cheap, but price was right for the area.

The internet in the hotel does not work unless you call Marriott IT yourself and manually connect each device you want on WiFi. You will want them all connected because cell service here is also non existent. The manager was very rude when I called to speak with her about the WiFi issues and she was dismissive and curt on the phone. All of the other employees are great, and you can tell they are not a fan of management. The poor girl at the front desk when I inquired about the internet on my first night was so dejected, stating it has been broken for weeks and nobody does anything about it. The hotel would not offer a refund so I stayed here out of spite. The tv service is also spotty, goes in and out all the time, wont get to watch a whole show. The newly renovated rooms were clearly bid out to the lowest price as the shower flooded the bathroom every time you use it, bathroom light half hanging off the ceiling and minimal hot water in the bathroom sink. I echo the other reviews where the walls are paper thin as I too could hear my neighbor opening and closing the blinds. I wont be back to this hotel when in the area for work in the future, and advised all of my co-workers of the same. As a platinum member, I alerted Bonvoy to the issue so hopefully some get resolved quickly.
