This store has beautiful merchandise and clothing to choose from. However they have a very strict return policy of 60 days. Outside of that time they will not even allow for a return for size. The item had all tags and a gift receipt. I was very disappointed. They offered to re wrap my gift and suggested I regift it.

We work to ensure that all customers are aware of the 60 day cutoff for returns, and try to limit exceptions especially when the return is being made well-past the 60 day mark, which unfortunately was the case in this scenario. We apologize that this created a negative experience for you. We want to also offer the opportunity to donate the apparel item to our partner CASA Youth Advocates who work with children who have been removed from their homes due to neglect or abuse. We work closely with them and have recently just raised over $1,300 for the organization, and know they would appreciate any new or gently-used clothing, especially during the colder months. Love the stores inventory. However, there are multiple toys on display. There is also no sign stating toys are for display only. Owner was very rude about my daughter carrying around a display guitar, which we bought one, and spent hundreds of dollars, we did not come to use the business as a playground. Moral is, dont be a kids store with toys on display without wanting children to play with the toys. If you do not want children to touch the displays, dont have them or have proper signage.

Editing my previous 5 star review. Staff is still WONDERFUL! However, there is not an option to return items for store credit or gift card. This is really frustrating. My husband and I are soon-to-be parents and were gifted duplicates from the store. While we were able to return and buy items we still needed, we did not have a use for all of the credit in one trip. Instead of being able to return for store credit to wait until baby is here to see size/preferences, we had to exchange for an item of equal value to give us an additional 60 days (return policy) and will continue to have to do so until picking new items. This experience is a hassle for all parties involved.
Previous review (which I still stand by): Great store with wonderful options. Kevin was incredibly helpful. Id recommend to anyone!
