I contacted Christine after finding her thru a wordpress theme that I had purchased and wanted her to semi customize the layout with my information at the beginning of March 2020. We did have a quick zoom call as this was the beginning of Covid, and I thought we were on the same page. After numerous zoom meetings cancelled last minute and her explaining that she had two kids at home she was home schooling and working from home was proving rather difficult (to the best of my knowledge, her children are adults) I had no proof of any work by the end of April. After requesting on more than one occasion to see some proof of progress, she sent me a completely different version of a standard layout that she has designed with little customization. After emails back and forth and really no more progress, but more cancelled zoom meetings, I asked for a refund of my deposit at the end of May. She ultimately agreed to the refund after a couple emails back and forth and then more excuses started. She couldn’t refund how I initially paid thru PayPal because it was having issues and one more than one occasion she claims “the check is in the mail” it is now mid August, I have received no refund. I really understand that Covid has impacted everyone differently, but this is just poor business, organization and time management and if I operated by business like this I would not have a business.

I had Christine make me some logos and they came out beautiful! Very good customer service as well! Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
