I had posted a review before but now that work has started back on my house again after a long hiatus due to a insurance issue I need to update it. My pipe burst and causes some pretty heavy damage to my house. Sadly, I chose a horrible company to do the mitigation. They did not complete the work fully and lacked communication. Threatened to take me to the magistrate because of a insurance dispute that was not my fault. I just discovered that they left soggy and spongy floor in the corner of my bathroom, why they would leave that I have no idea. They also left a exposed live wire hanging when they did the work and did not tell anybody about it. And sadly they left garbage for my contractor to throw away that I got charged for.

I would rate zero stars if I could.  Had to call three different times over three week period because they never called back like they said they would to schedule an estimate. When I finally got an appointment scheduled for them to come do an estimate, they never showed. I called an hour after the scheduled arrival time, and Nikki not only didn't have my appointment in the calendar, but had to take my name and contact information again - a third time.  From my experience with this organization, they are completely disorganized, have a lack of focus and customer service, and clearly do not value the customers time. Ended up calling Servicemaster, who squeezed me in for a same-day estimate and came the next day to resolve my problem.
