Just wanted to say a great big Thank You to Sydney and Grace at the Washington/Strabane branch for helping us not once but twice for our Check Ready Auto Loan . They are both so kind, helpful and knowledgeable., and they have the best personalities. They made a very stressful process so easy. This branch is lucky to have such great women.

Edit. This branch has the worst customer service Ive ever witnessed. I cannot step foot in this branch without one of the tellers giving me an issue. I just cannot believe the utter disrespect I receive anytime Im here. Im not sure if the manager at this branch has an issue with me , but none of the other branches have a problem with me. Every single time they give me an issue with cashing my checks. I just dont understand whats wrong with these incompetent tellers. Probably why they cant keep employees due to management.
I absolutely never go to this branch, I always go to the one on Jefferson and receive amazing service. I went into today and immediately the teller was clearly in a bad mood. She said she was unable to express fund my check, Ive been depositing checks, nearly 5 days a week, for seven months now. There was absolutely no reason for her not to deposit my check. I went to the other branch and they cashed my check without any issue. I would not recommend this location, go to the one on Jefferson, the tellers are much nicer and will simply do their job
