The Evanchick Team is amazing. They went way beyond what I expected. They helped me so much,; I could not have done it without them. Colleen and Joe were caring and extremely helpful to me. In my lifetime, I was involved with 6 moves, and this was by far the hardest for me because I was downsizing to an independent living community and had .accumulated over 60 years of STUFF. They guided me and helped me move my STUFF.. Very knowledgeable, caring, helpful, honest people. Thank you so much!

Remax Royale Team was amazing to work with, true professionals!! My house sold in 5 days due to the quality work of the team. They made a virtual tour video of the home which was an asset. Everything went smoothly from communication, paperwork, follow up all the way to the closing settlement. The team made the whole process very easy and I highly recommend them.

I have loved our experience with Remax Royale. We have known Colleen and her team for years and she worked tirelessly with us when we lived in NYC to find the perfect home here in PA. With all of her years in the industry Colleen has a reference for every aspect of home ownership. Whether it be a mortgage broker for the closing, a roofer, plumber or handyman she always knew someone reliable. As our children are reaching that age of going off to college I know Colleen and her team will help us in the next phase of home ownership. Even better than royalty, they treat you like family!

Colleen was a delight to work with. My wife and I used Remax Royale to sell our home and also to buy another home. The photos she took of the house we sold were excellent. I believe they generated interest and were instrumental in a quick sale. She also put us in touch with movers who were reasonable and professional. I recommend her and her team without reservation.
