Terrible communication!!!! Takes weeks to order something from them. They are not helpful.

Really should give them minus stars. They are ripping me off - said I owe them $362.51 for a drug that they have already received $366.32 from my insurance when I could have gotten the same thing from CVS for $78.75 with Good RX.

While there are some pleasant customer service agents, some drag out the process of ordering to 30 minutes. But the worst part is the fact that the pharmacists here, who have no prescription privileges in this state, and who do not have access to your actual medical records, will call your physician- even after you specifically ask them not to- and suggest changes in the dosages of medication that are keeping you alive and functioning. Thanks for putting my health and well-being in jeopardy Accredo! And don’t ever expect accredo to fix any mistakes- they’re permant. What you can expect is the pharmacists themselves to prevent you from getting the meds you needed! Thanks a lot Accredo!
