United Land Surveying

I can't say enough good things about Bill. I had him survey 2 houses for me over the last several weeks. He was honest about timelines but was able to get them done sooner. He informed me the house I was buying had an easement that precluded me from installing a fence. Bill even went above and beyond and looked at another property to quickly tell me if there was any issues. It's great to work with people like Bill, good, honest, hardworking individuals.

Bill answered the phone on my first phone call. He scheduled me and was out a week later. He was on time and thorough. He walked us around our property after the surveying was complete and showed us where our property line pins were placed and even staked the land for improved ease when installing our fence. Highly recommend!

They came right out and didn’t take no time. The gentleman set his equipment up and the stakes and then walked with me and showed me everywhere he staked and also gave me a little advice. These guys a company are solid and honest. Thanks

Bill and his son arrived on time, if not early. They walked me around the property and told me exactly what they were going to do. The job was done with no delays and everything was explained to me at the conclusion. Bill walked me around the perimeter of my property to show me where everything was marked and included additional markings to assist the landscaper and fence installer. Report was emailed to me by days end. Highly recommended. Extremely fairly priced. I would absolutely use his services again.

I was thoroughly impressed with Bill and his company. This is how I wish all businesses were run. Bill is an expert in his field and took the time to educate me on exactly what he was doing. We hired him to survey our property and he answered the phone right away, booked an appointment quickly, and showed up exactly when he said he would. He managed to find 2 original concrete monuments that were buried in my yard and staked out my property perfectly. Lastly, he was by far the best priced out of all the surveyors I spoke with. I can't recommend him highly enough!
