Drive through ordered a footlong Italian BMT was asked if it was to be toasted I replied yes. Got it back not toasted. Tried to call 3 times no answer went to fax machine sound. So I drove back a few minutes later went inside and said it was supposed to be toasted. The woman got smart with me said she heard the order and that I never said it was supposed to be toasted. Why would I complain about a cold sub if i supposedly wanted it cold??. Bad and rude service. Will never go back. And the lights inside were off.

I ordered a tuna sub and it barely had any tuna on it. I tried to call to find out if the company just cut back on the amount of tuna or if maybe there was a new worker(both things I can understand) but they don’t answer the phone. They were skimpy on my toppings too, only a couple pieces of green pepper, onion and pickles on the whole 12”. I want to add that this was an online order so I wonder if they make them like that if you’re right in front of them. Sigh!
