Update: they did respond to my call and replaced the missing pictures the very next day. I appreciate the good customer service and gave extra stars for that. They took pictures for my daughters' school and two of of my three girls were missing pictures that I ordered.

They offer a Statuette as an option for school sports photos. Two years in a row they have collected my payment and Ive never received the Statuette.

Im sending this message to tell you how dissatisfied I am with the prom pictures for Laurel Highlands. When my daughter handed me the packet I couldnt believe it! That beautiful venue and you chose to take a picture next to a pole with a string of lights hanging right across the back of the heads of those you were photographing!?!?! I took better photos with my cell phone! I hope you do better for any other school proms that you will be photographing. What a horrible shame that my daughters prom pictures are ruined. Parents pay a lot of money for you to catch a special moment for their child. Maybe you should think about that when looking through that lens if that would be a picture that would make a beautiful memory for someone!
