Health Center at Trexlertown

Went there for a check up in March due to swelling on left side of jaw and neck. Dr. Told me not to worry about it, and ordered blood work to see if I had a std. Ended up going to hospital down at u of penn and guess what??? My cancer reoccured. I wouldnt trust these guys. Went to cedar crest er in beginning of June because my feeding tube snapped in half, sat in waiting room for 2 hours, then sat in the room for 2 hours for them to tell me they couldnt help me. They could have told me when I got there they couldnt help me.

Dr LYONS has been my pcp for the last couple years. I have plenty of ailments to keep any seasoned doctor busy and yet her patience is beautiful! Its hard to find a good doctor anymore so I am truly grateful.

I have asked them to send an pre-authorization for my prescribed medication in past 26 days, but it has not been completed yet. This process typically takes 5-8 business days. I personally work in medical field and I fully aware of this medical process. After speaking with multiple nurses within the facility, I was told that my documents has been lost and threw away by accident. They still in the process of sending the documents to my insurance, and not sure how much more time this process will take. I have been constantly speaking with their nurses without success, and just heard apologies w/o any results. My first experince with their staff has been extremely disspointing. I hope that you do not have such a terrible experience as I had with this clinic.
