Absolute rip off. I never authorized service whale to start a campaign on Bradford White's website. They had takeny information however I told them I was not ready to pay the $750 a month. However they automatically started to charge me for the service ( this was almost a year ago). I just looked and they never removed my profile from Bradford White's website but put incorrect information whichakes it seem like I don't answer my phone. Very unprofessional.

Got referred to a contractor who worked out well, but I never got my rebate. Now they won't respond or answer my calls. And I was thinking of going through them for another job but now I will not. Good business model but poor business practice.

We went thru service whale for a bathroom contractor. He was unlicensed. He was suppose to finish bathroom in 7 days and did not even finish demolition in 4 days. He damaged the new tub he put in. After 4 days he did not return text messages or show up. Service whale did not help with getting our 3,000 deposit back. Service whale was all talk and no help. I have told everyone I know to never use service whale again!!!!

I got a good contractor through ServiceWhale, but don't believe the come-on about getting a rebate or up to $500 from ServiceWhale. After the work was done, I couldn't get them to return phone calls or emails.
