Dr Rummel gets 5 or more stars from me. After over a year of misdiagnosis and likely physical damage due to a different physician's actions i finally feel like i have a caring Dr. Navigating a new disease is tough and Dr Rummel gets that. Highly recommend!!

Had an appointment with Dr Rummel today to establish him as my primary doctor. Was super easy to make the appointment, staff was great, and Dr. Rummel spent a lot of time to get to know me and my medical history. So very glad to make this my new home for my care!

Had my 1st appt today to get established as a new patient with Dr. JR Rummel at the newly reopened Transfer PHN. Very impressive! The building was welcoming, clean, organized, and peaceful. The staff was so helpful and welcoming. Dr. JR Rummel, D.O. was terrific! Spent LONG time getting to know me personally, my family medical history and making recommendations for keeping my care current & up to date!

The staff was professional, not Dr. Shams however. When he walked in to the office, I stood up to shake his hand and he totally avoided me. Also, when he walked in he had a prescription in hand....before even speaking with me. When he did finally speak, it was extremely brief and no diagnosis was performed. I had a lot of questions to ask about my condition to him but was unable to because he seemed to be in a hurry. Total visit time was less than 5 minutes, needless to say, I will be finding another doctor and never recommending him. I took a day off work to try and get my condition under control and this is how I was treated- or not treated at all. I hope this review helps ppl in making their decision on Dr. Shams easier....

Very unprofessional. The people working their talk to you like trash! They belittle you and they definitely don’t give you the care that’s needed. They do less than the bare minimum. Go elsewhere!
