Danielle is the worst manager I have ever had the misfortune of encountering. The food used to be phenomenal. 16 years ago my brother and sister in law had their rehearsal dinner there and the food and service was fantastic. On March 23,2018 my mother had my rehearsal dinner there. The food was horrible. The potatoes were dried out and cold. The fried chicken we ordered was a flat processed chicken patty. They were hard and nearly inedible. When my mother called to speak with the manager to complain she yelled over my mother the entire time and told us we were wrong. She hung up the phone on my mother mid conversation and refused to answer when she called back. Also 15 of the 25 people there got sick with the flu a few days later. Do not eat here.

I rather like this Italian venue, it's cozy, the decor is warm, and the food is very good! My husband and I have eaten here a couple times now, and we haven't been disappointed. The dining room is of a medium size, while there is a banquet room for parties. A bar/lounge is also through a connecting hall. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the first night we ate there the noise from the bar half was a bit too loud, but there was a Steelers game that night :p The menu is classic Italian, very well done and with a lot of variety. I highly suggest the Chicken Marsala and the Steak Nancini, the Marsala here is one of the best versions I've had at a restaurant. Their garlic bread, wedding soup, and the risotto are very delicious too! If you're in the neighborhood of Trafford Pa, please try this great menu!

I was expecting homemade Italian food...but everything seemed like canned food, and commercial processed ingredients like fake cheese
