Had no hot watercalled on a Friday morning. Technician was here in 2 hours and fixed the problem quickly. Thanks to Nick we can shower tonight!!

WOC installed a mid Level Tempstar gas furnace approximately 3 years ago. Last October, we started having a problem with the furnace not turning on. The service technician said it was the burner sensor. He didn't have one, so he cleaned it and left. Last night, the furnace stopped working again. I called and was told that they no longer make service calls after hours for gas furnaces. The gas furnace was installed by WOC and still under warranty. Apparently, it's because they don't supply us with the gas, so we get to freeze until the following day before they will send someone. The service guy came, took care of the problem and left. So, if the employee is correct that they only do service calls after hours for those that have oil furnaces and buy oil from them, isn't that a problem when they were the ones that sold and installed the gas furnace ? When they are quoting a customer on installing a gas furnace, are they informing the customer that they won't come after hours to service their furnace if it stops working. Very poor customer service if you ask me.

My propane was filled in the spring and they charged me 5.80 per gallon for 16 gallons. I started talking around and few of my other neighbors who use less propane than I do were charged 3 dollars and change. I was furious so I called and told them to get their tank and that I'm not paying the bill. they told me it will be a 90 dollar service charge. I said I'm not paying for that either. They finally came and locked me out of my tank ... which there's still 30 gallons of fuel from previous year that was paid for. They came a week later and grabbed the tank. Now I'm being charged again. I called and asked why I still owe them when they owe me for the 30 gallons already paid for. The man told me they charged 90 for locking me out of my tank and charged another 90 to grab the tank. so now I owe them 87 dollars and they got my fuel that was already paid for. Please people... there are far better companies out there. Do Not do any business with Woc. Check around at other companies. they are much cheaper and the customer service is so much better. Don't worry Woc this isn't the last you've heard from me
