Family Treatment Associates

My counselor couldn't keep himself awake. Terrible, low grade service.

March 20, 2009 My wife and I were referred to Kathleen Howe at Family Treatment Associates. Kathleen also has a private practice in Brodheadsville PA. Unfortunately we never got the chance to meet with her. We had one appointment that was scheduled that we had to cancel. Kathleen gave us a new date and time but did not confirm this with us. We have called and left messages to attempt to reschedule. Each reschedule that she made Kathleen called our home number and let us know of an opening that evening there was no notice and when we would try to contact her we could only leave messages. We finally got in contact with her one evening that she had an opening and we told her we need more notice and could we schedule something in the near future. She declined and would not schedule any meeting with us. So we are presently looking to another counselor that is interested in helping us out. In a time of need we have been pushed aside.
