        Im sorry to say this, we had a funeral yesterday, the flowers that we ordered are not the flowers we ordered and were very small and very expensive Arrangements. The center casket piece didnt even cover the majority of the casket. Money is not a problem, but visually it looked cheap even if it takes to have fillers or greenery so drapes over the casket or to cover more. Like think about it. Do you need to buy 2 or 3 for the entire casket. By the way It is called a center casket piece. Like its not the first funeral we been to. There is half casket arrangements, center piece ones. Also That heart was $500. But honestly why writing this review is because some guests were like this is what I ordered , and I payed this much money for this.

        Karla is an excellent florist. She did an exceptional job at our wedding. I was a bit vague in my instructions but she totally understood what I was feeling. She understood the concept of our wedding and used her intuition to produce gorgeous flower arrangements. She is extremely creative, knowledgeable on flowers and has an eye for design. She made our wedding so special. I highly recommend her!

        Karla and her staff did an amazing job with the floral arrangements for our wedding! Everyone was blown away with how beautifully it all came together. Karlas staff called and confirmed with me every detail the week of the wedding which made me feel so relieved. They are so helpful and truly artists at their craft!         If I could leave 6 starts I would!! Not only were the flowers incredibly beautiful and fresh and amazing, these 2 stepped out of their 'flower' role and quickly became seamstresses when my daughter's wedding dress had been mistakenly taken in 2 inches the week before the wedding and could not fit in it!!  I really do not know what we would have done if it were not for them! Great people with genuine concern for others!!

        Do not waste your hard earned money on Karla's Garden Studio. Very rude customer service for a simple request of trying to get a consultation on some floral arrangements after providing clear examples. They don't do video chat and trying to get in-person consultation is basically impossible. All they want is $$$$. Their communication is very unprofessional and they expect to be told what to do. They are supposed to be the "professionals". Edit-1 They appear to have the time to respond to a review but can't be bothered with a quick video chat to show examples, which by the way is not giving away free mech.. and being in business for 30+ years should mean you have the ability to or should already be prepared with examples. Being in the business for that long also does not excuse your behavior and attitude.

      This is the first time I have ever received a review with a very low and negative rating. I pride myself on pleasing my clientele to the best of my ability is to create a flower display that would be to your liking. I am so sorry that you were disappointed with my services. When we met on Sunday afternoon, I knew you were grieving, and I tried my best to be as comforting as possible. You explained to me what your thoughts and visions were, with no set format or a design focus. You looked at some samples and expressed you would like something similar; I did my best to make them as beautiful as possible. You had requested white and blue flowers and mostly roses, but nothing specifically was expressed about flowers choices. Given the time frame of one day to order, condition, create, and deliver the pieces, I did my best. I used as many premium flowers as I could get from my suppliers. The bleeding heart alone had five and a half dozen roses in it. So, I am not sure I understand the comments of sparse and overvalued with the pieces. We also spoke about the casket piece, whether it should be a full or a half spray arrangement. I am confused about this honestly, you said there was a viewing, then service, then burial. I asked you if you wanted a half spray, which you expressed to me yes, a half casket piece. That is the price quoted you was for a half casket piece, not a full center piece. On Tuesday morning, when we delivered the flowers to the church, the casket was not there. The priest instructed us to just leave the flowers, and they would place them when the casket had arrived. Generally, I would stay to do this, but no one knew quite when the casket was going to arrive.I honestly don't feel that you were overcharged for any pieces that we created. I also included free delivery for you, and I brought stands which I usually do not for the pieces to be placed on at no charge, in addition I supplied 36 roses for you at the graveside at no charge. In my defense I created what you expressed you wanted me to do for the service. I have written everything down in my notes from the day of our meeting as well as an order form that I created the day you were here, offering you a copy, which you declined and a copy of the receipt as well.I am truly sorry for your loss and that you are unhappy with my designs.       In response to this review, we are very willing to work with our clients with an appointment that works for us too. We have previously expressed to you; we are currently in a very busy wedding season.Unfortunately, due to the last-minute contact with us regarding your October 8 wedding we have limited availability due to our prior commitments.As far as our consultations go, they are usually planned within our working hours, which we extended numerous times of our availability to you as well.Within my 30+ years of experience I haven’t experienced a non-committed client insisting on a prototype without compensation. This is unheard of by giving a free product without a deposit or cost of goods.I wish you the best with your search for a florist to accommodate your needs.Best,Karla
