I called and spoke with Bill Hakim. I informed him of the work that I needed to get done and inquired about his credentials. He became irrate and use obscene languages. He stated that he would not work for me because I asked him too many questions and how dare for me to ask if he is licensed and disconnected the call. I called back and spoke with the spouse and she stated that I must be from NY and that I sound accusatory and to take my business elsewhere. As an informed consumer, I have the right to question about a company's credentials. Most companies are happy to divulge about their longevity as well as their specialties. I am appalled of the behavior.
