This place has some of the best chinese food I've ever eaten and is on par with anything I've had in NYC or San Francisco. Try the cold rice noodles, followed up with the spicy pork, and then topped off with the beef with pickled peppers. You won't be displeased. I try to eat there every other week. Peking Garden is truly a State College, PA hidden gem. Don't let the decor fool you, the food is what you'll be coming back for over and over.
