CareSTAT Urgent Care

Came here sick with stomach virus...the front desk person thought it was funny that the credit card machine was not working and they could only take cash. I told them I would go get cash and as soon as I walked out the door they locked the door before the posted time they closed. I have been here several times, but never had I had to deal with such rudeness,ignorant, and unprofessional front desk staff. This was very disappointing from a health care company. I would suggest getting a professional weekend staff this was very disappointing and unprofessional

I went in there feeling terrible. Did not have to wait too long. Turns out I had the flu and was taking care of very well.

They should call this place slow care not urgent!! For having only two patients you think it would be in and out! My daughter build a whole new world in her mindcarft game also killed her iPhone battery while waiting For a doctor!! Better to schedule a appointment with your own personal doctor or unless you bring your charger and some lunchables
