Worst Dentist Office Ever, The So called Office Manager who seats at the front desk when you walk in , “Beware she is a Scammer & A Liar , I have place a Complaint about this Office to the Better Business !!!! The so called office manager, the lady at the front desk , who is not Professional at all very Disrespectful as well, she is running a Scam , beware of their false Advertising, and what she will tell you !!!! She is a liar!!

These guys are amazing, Stephanie is the absolute best, very personable and friendly. The prices here, can't be beat!! Great people, great service and the best prices. But now it's been almost 7 weeks and my bottom denture broke in half, they are going to fix it but it never should have broken. So they repaired my bottom plate and it lasted about 4 months before broke again. Now we are a few days shy of 1 year an the top just broke an now they want 250 to fix it. So now I know why the price was so cheap cause the dentures are poorly made Spend the money and go somewhere else

I have called your office many times with unprofessional responsibility unprofessional response and very a very mean responses I carry around my Crown that's supposed to be in my mouth I came there with came there with Adidas who would not change his gloves put my Crown on wrong I went to another dentist and didn't say that that doesn't outfit and I can't get no resolution chin the manager Adam told me That he was going to mail the check and now he no longer works there I still never received a check I came there 20 years ago and it was excellent the staff that you have in a Springfield office is very unprofessional and you guys act like you have something to hide bitters though I can't speak to upper managenent
