My electrical company, Trail Electric has been doing business with Smallow Management Company for over 35 years. Marie Flynn is very responsive and a pleasure to work with. All questions or concerns are addressed in a very timely manner. Smallow Management is a great company to do business with.

I have lived in a Smallow managed property for over 40 years. During that time I have had many opportunities to contact Marie Flynn at Smallow and if not available I have always received a call back within 24 hours (although usually I get a call back within a couple of hours). On more than one occasion Marie herself has responded to problems and it is not uncommon to see her on site attending to issues personally. I have dealt with other firms and none have come close to the level of professionalism or attentiveness.

Marie of Smallow Management has always gone above and beyond to maintain the Rock Creek town house Community. The common areas are always taken care of in a timely fashion and well maintained, from lawn to snow removal. She addresses concerns quickly. Smallow Management has been the only management company almost since the beginning of the community some 16 or more years!
