        I called them to see if I could get a shower chair and he said that shower chairs were not covered by insurance when I told him I had a $20 co-pay. I explained that I had spoken to my insurance company the day before and they told me that it was covered with a $20 co-pay so the gentleman asked me to fax him a copy of my prescription which had all of my information on it and yet a week later, I have not heard from him. Bad customer service.
