        Misquoted the initial project, after various phone calls confirmed a credit would be applied to the account, post pickup the credit is no longer valid. A lot of conversation from account manager during the process but no response after the unit was removed from the site. I would not recommend or use Mr John/United again. Since the acquisition by United, Mr John is not the same client based company.
