Rob and Joey were very professional, polite and very knowledgeable. I had not used a plumber for a while so they were very patient answering all of my questions for current and future work. They also fixed my garbage disposal for no cost as there was just something stuck in the disposal, so they didn't try to charge me for an easy fix - very ethical. they both have great personalities but the most important part to me is that they were very experienced. i will definitely use them in the future and I highly recommend them. also Mike got back to me right away when I initially called and was very responsive and very professional. He scheduled an appointment for me right away. They were awesome! UPDATE: My kitchen sink recently became very clogged so I called Artisan Services once again. They arrived right before the Thanksgiving holiday and fixed the pipes promptly. Brett and Joey were very thorough, explained the issues with the existing piping system and came up with an efficient long-term solution. Everyone whom I have met from this company has been very professional, polite and they exhibit great teamwork. Thye are also very prompt and friendly. WOW, simply the BEST. So glad we saw the ad in The Penny Pincher. On time, pleasant, knowledgeable on oil burner service. Answeed questions. Felt confident having Eric service our unit. Took service contract. So glad we used Artisan. Will use for electric, plumbing and cooling services. A + in my opinion.

Brett and Dante repaired my shower and shut off valves. They were very professional and efficient and explained what they did and were kind an prompt. I would definitely recommend them.
