Sheakleyville Health Center - The Primary Health Network

Dr. Brooks is amazing and so is her nurse! They are both very nice and wonderful with kids of all ages they listen to everything and do not rush you out, I have 5 from 17 to age 1 and they are great with all of them! The only thing I don't like is only being able to take two at a time for office visits which gets very difficult and frustrating , I'd like if she could accommodate more then 2 at a time especially since I have to bring the littlest ones with me evey time anyways. I do not like The receptionist Kelly, she is nasty and mean and has no problems being rude,I try to avoid her and go to The Shakeyville office!

Dr. Brooks is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Both of my kids see her! ( 17 months & 2 1/2 months 💙💜 ) She is so caring, and kind. She listens to everything you have to say and answers ALL of your questions! She Absolutely Wonderful with my kids! Growing up I HATED doctors... (And I still do! They only want your money!! ) However she is wonderful, her nurses are just as great as her! As well as the desk ladies!! You call, they can usually get you in, same day! They call you back when needed! They aren't pushy! They let you take your time with your kids leaving, they know diaper changes happen, as well as breastfeeding or just feeding in general! They are just all around great here! And I recommend her to ANYONE! Im going to be very, very sad when we move and we don't see her anymore, or if we don't move after the kids turn 18! But wonderful staff, terrific Dr. A nice, clean environment, friendly, and Great service!!! 10 stars if I could!
