I'm rather tall so I guess my shirts are longer than the press. They all end up with creases across the bottom. It's a shame since i sometimes where them untucked. They also break buttons constantly. Not to mention the lady behind the counter is less than pleasant...

Expensive and one of the worst experiences ever. I got all of my shirts back and there creases across every shirt about a foot long. Extremely disappointed, would definitely not recommend going there.

My wife took our daughters wedding dress here, my wife went in person beforehand to show them the dress where it had mud on the bottom and asked if they could get the mud stains out. They said yes they could. So afterwards when my wife came to pick up the dress she was shocked to see not only did they not get the mud stains out but the broke the belt on the dress into a million pieces. (Upon speaking with another cleaners later we discovered they should have removed the belt cleaned it and then just sewed a few stitched to put it back on.) Apparently they don't have a seamstress on staff so they just threw the whole thing in the machine. Naturally my wife was devastated but that was not the kicker in all of this, it was how rude they were and that they refused to take any responsibility, pointing to a sign on the wall that they were not responsible for damaged items. The owner was avoiding my wife, and the only way she spoke with her was my wife showed up unannounced. My wife said to the owner this is not a prom dress its my daughters wedding dress(crying) , and she responded with "I don't care" We still had to pay for the cleaning fee and they refused to pay for the damaged belt, or show any empathy for that matter. After a full day of this and only after my wife went back and forth for hours the owner was finally only willing to give back $80 towards a dress that was over $1000- the belt itself was almost $200 And now we still have a dirty dress with a broken belt. Save yourself a lot of trouble and don't come here, the customer service is horrible and they are disorganized, rude, and unprofessional.
