So far, so great! I called and spoke with the receptionist (I dont recall her name) to schedule my intake appointment. Unlike most offices who will not answer the phone, she actually answered on her lunch break and said she would call me back in 40 minutes, which she promptly did. She was very kind and patient with me and my questions and requests. She was flexible with my work schedule and informative about what to expect. Im confidently looking forward to my intake appointment.

Ive had my good experiences and Ive had my bad experiences at OMNI but I can confidently say the good far out weights the bad. Ive been at OMNI for about 2 years now and my bad experiences came from when I first started going to them, the scheduling was terrible and no one ever answered the phones or called anyone back. I did discussed my concerns with the therapist I see there, Bryan, and they have all been addressed and I haven't had any issues since. The only thing now that I'm not a huge fan of is the mandatory weekly sessions. In good times, I don't feel like I need sessions so frequently and honestly, it can be a burden. However, my therapist is great, Byran, like i mentioned earlier. Ive been thru many different mental health centers previously before coming to OMNI and they all turned out to be rotten. It got exhausting looking for and restarting all the time. Bryan is very understanding, he understands when I'm struggling and when I'm not and tailors each session as needed and I really appreciate that he does this for me. Also I love the tele-health services I get at OMNI. As many of us who struggle with mental health know, just leaving the house can but a huge task and the fact that the sessions are weekly, this can be very demanding. So being able to have my sessions from my own home in my PJs makes things go so much more smooth and honestly helps me continue my commitment to my better mental health. I see the doc. about monthly, nothing special there, we have a brief conversation and he tailors my treatment plan as needed. I ran into a small issue with prior auths back when we were working on getting my medications straightened out, but we did eventually work that out. The receptionist they have now is very nice and always calls me for apt reminders for the days i see the doc which is very helpful. I hope this helps someone, I did see the plethora of bad reviews OMNI has gotten, so I just wanted to leave this here to say they have grown as a company since then and I would absolutely recommend them to my friends who are struggling.

Dr.Gajula should NOT be a doctor. He taunts patients, will not listen, REFUSES to give medication that is PRESCRIBED!!! Tried to talk to a supervisor multiple times about him and they REFUSE to connect me to one and they keep covering for him. STOP!
