Avoid this facility. There are plenty of alternatives in the area. When in the waiting room a woman was waiting for her files that were 'misplaced' - the first bad sign. When I went in for a straightforward finger splinter removal, neither practitioner could remove it. They refused to use more Novocaine to numb it. After this fail, they packed me up and said, "We will not charge you" and then referred me to the CMC ER since their owner works there. CMC had the splinter out in minutes. Months later I did receive a bill from Urgent Care Plus and filed a grievance with Blue Cross. It is offices like this that give the health care profession a bad reputation for over billing and continue to drive all of our rates higher.
