Loaded coupon to my phone for mayonnaise and it didn't come off. Girl got mad because she had to do a refund and told me I am bit suppose to load coupon to phone I am suppose to use kiosk. Why? !!!! Why have load to phone then?!!!

Everytime that I need help Darlene is right there and in a moment takes care of my concerns and needs. No matter how busy the store is she is always patient, kind and courteous. She makes shopping at the Moosic store a pleasure!!!

Digital coupons don't work. I shop at Gerrity's practically everyday. Whenever I want to buy something that requires a digital coupon, I go to the kiosk, and clip the coupons I need. I go to checkout, and it doesn't come off. I know I clipped the coupon!!! This has happened to me on more than one occasion. I tell the clerk, but I don't think the issue is getting communicated to whoever needs to fix this problem. It's time consuming to have to wait for them to go get someone, and get the key or if you don't realize until you get home, you have to go back and get your refund. I have had a clerk come to the kiosk with me to show them, and they say, oh it's just wonky sometimes. It is not just sometimes, it's all the time! People, especially the elderly are getting ripped off. Please fix the issue or have paper coupons for the elderly and people who aren't tech savvy. Thank you!

I am an elderly woman who uses a cane. To shop I need a mobile cart. The ones at Keyser are often dead even at 9am. I was told by an employee that they don't get plugged in at night. At the Meadow store, they are very slow and sometimes don't go for seconds. I was told by an employee they need new batteries but aren't going to spend the money on them This area has a high number of disabled and elderly. Without a cart I can't do my shopping. Please look into the carts. You may mot care but your customers do, I do. Thank you
