Not really sure why this place gets such bad reviews. My mom had her stereo system done in her car when Gemma's first opened and it lasted her a good 8 or 9 years before the speakers started to crack. then the CD player itself worked for another year before it stopped, simply because it was old and out dated. And she only paid $90 for it .. so I would think getting 10 years out of your CD player for a mere $90 is a good deal!! Also, I recently (about a month ago) took my car to Gemma's for the same thing. I watched them install it and no, they did not use tape or have the wires hanging out of the dash like the other people said. It was a quick 20 minutes process and everything was put together just fine. And I did get a good deal from them. When I got home I looked up the model of the CD player they sold me for $115 .. turns out its actually worth $200. The guy kept saying it was a deal but I don't know anything about it so I was like .. ya whatever you're probably just trying to sell it .. but no it really was a good buy. And I've had no problems thus far.
