        Find a different company. Quality is less than average for the price. The installation process by Pella has been a horrible experience. We had no issues when we were told due to the pandemic we needed to wait a couple of months to get the windows delivered. HOWEVER, the Pella contractor installing the windows never shows up on the day he promises. Installation for 12 windows hasn't been completed and it has been a month already.

        The salesman was terrific, the process of delivery for my eight windows was terrible. The quality of window is below par, average at best. Find another window/door company unless you enjoy being on the phone endlessly with morons.
