        I walked in was already greeted with a smell of old oil , the waitress isnt nice , she is not friendly at all , we ordered a 12$ sushi roll (that was all) we wanted to leave , we did not leave a tip and the waitress ran outside to ask us why we didnt leave a tip never going back.

        Customer service isnt the greatest. They dont make you feel welcome! They have rotating space heaters to warm their restaurant. And the way the waitresses drag their feet is horrendous! My 10 year old asked why didnt they pick up their feet! Spent over $150.00 two out of three times and two out of three times the Hibachi chef burnt our rice. The 3rd time the same chef also burnt our salmon Ill never go back again!! Last time we went we smelt gas before even ordering drinks and out of nowhere a flamed came up off the grill! The waitress seemed freaked out but my kids and I were even more terrified! NEVER AGAIN!! Also you have to ask for yum yum sauce and ginger sauce unlike Benihanas or other Hibachis where they give you your sauces before the cooking begins!

      Hi,Yaya We're so sorry to read this.We are a restaurant with Hibachi Grill, will have the smell of oil smoke, but we use air freshener every morning to remove the smell.For the waitress she is new, She still needs to improve further, We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to let us know how we can improve.
