PMA Medical Specialists Gastroenterology

This is the worst medical practice ever! I have been a patient for the last 4 years. However, in the last 2 years, this practice has fallen to terrible lows. I cannot even get anyone on the phone no matter which option I choose. I have been trying to talk to my PA to ask a simple question and yet, the hold times are untenable. No matter what option I choose, the hold times are atrocious. Absolutely Pathetic!

This place has become pathetic since becoming part of Penn. I have been trying to schedule a routine colonoscopy for a week now with no return phone call. They were excellent prior to becoming part of Penn. U of Penn is truly a pathetic health care organization!

Called this office and the woman on the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful, and hung up the phone on me, no wonder they have less than 2 stars.

SHADY PRACTICE. AVOID!! This place needs to seriously reevaluate their business model. I walked in the door less than five minutes after my scheduled appointment, They said they were too backed up already and couldnt see me since I wasnt on time. Mind you I was fewer than five minutes late. I guarantee you that if Id been five minutes earlier, Id still have had to wait 15-30 minutes to be seen. They were just looking for a way to cut patients from the schedule. This was after I had waited weeks for the appointment. This place needs to stop overbooking their providers and reevaluate their business model. 0/5 stars. Will find another practice.
