Olsen Mechanical came out for emergency service at the time they said they would, were competent, and had my unit back up and humming in under an hour. Excellent service and quality.

We have known them for 2 years as they had installed the HVAC system for the prior owner & were servicing it for us. We tried unsuccessfully to get them to come this year to service the system. 3 phones calls were not returned over a 3 week period and at one point we saw them at a neighbor's home and reminded them that we need to be serviced. We had an incident last year that we thought was resolved concerning their work and assume that is why they are not responding. Bad business practice not to respond. Bryant has been made aware of their lack of response and have suggested alternative dealers.

Had a mini split system installed. Very good experience with Bob and Scott. Professional, polite, and mindful when installing the equipment.
