Honestly, there's not much I can say about this store that is good. I order semi-frequently through here for pizza, and the service has continually gone down hill. Simply put, both the last two orders I placed were both incorrect. The first time I received a half-drank soda. Yup. Half-drank. I cannot even make this up. When I called to see what the issue was, there was no manager on the premises, and the staff laughed at the situation. I was told that I would be given credit for the charge, and that I would be called back. I never was, I still have yet to receive the credit. Now, most recently, I actually get a driver who not only did not bring the soda to begin with, but actually tried to tell me it wasn't part of the order. I called again, and was told that I'd be credited.
This store is run incompetently, by management that can't seem to staff individuals to correctly fulfill orders. When questioned on it, not only does the staff not work to rectify the issue, they actually try to spin it around. Simply put, don't order from this store. Smaller places will cost a bit more, but at least you know that what you're getting is correct.
